Free Trial, Starter, and Professional users are prompted to upgrade to a higher plan for more credits. Enterprise users can purchase top-up credit packs ($25 for 100, $50 for 300, $150 for 1,000) or enable auto top-up.
Professional and Enterprise credits roll over for up to 3 months. Starter credits reset each month. Free Trial credits are a one-time grant and do not refill.
Starter plans have a 2% fee on client payments collected through the platform. Professional and Enterprise plans have a reduced 0.5% fee. Free Trial does not include payment collection.
